City Hall Virtual Meetings

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE HOLDING OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, until further notice, most public meetings will be held online (City Hall Virtual Meetings). Please refer to the specific meeting Notice for further information.

How does the public access a live virtual meeting?

  • Go to the City Calendar on the City's home page.
  • Click on the meeting in the calendar you wish to view
  • When the next page opens, find the link "Click here to view the Virtual Public Meeting" 

How does the public participate in virtual public meetings?


During virtual city council meetings, viewers can email questions to: councilcomment@meridenct.gov     The public can also participate in public meetings using the Live Event Q&A feature during the meeting.  This feature is similar to a chat and the moderator will post your question or comment at the appropriate time.  Look for it in the upper right corner of the virtual meeting on your browser.
