PLEASE NOTE: The application cut-off dates listed on the meeting schedules for the Planning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission are the cut-off dates for submission of a complete application. If the submission does not include all required information by that date, it is not considered complete and the meeting date cannot be guaranteed.
Application checklists are available to help you put together a complete application, and we highly recommend contacting Planning staff in advance to confirm what type of application you need and what materials will be required for a complete application.
